Services provided :
- Collection of your goods or machine from the address of your choice.
- Transport to the Parc des Expositions.
- Unloading on your stand, storage of empty packaging
- Reloading and reshipping.
BY AN EXTERNAL PROVIDER :
You must be present at the stand when the goods arrive in order to take delivery. Same for the withdrawal of goods at the end of the show.
Under no circumstances will the show be able to receive the goods which, if you are absent, will be left freely on your stand without any checks on our part. Same for the withdrawal of goods at the end of the show.
Delivery possible from Monday, June 13, 2:00 p.m, not before.
Information to include on your shipment:
Event name and address + Exhibitor's name + booth number
Name and mobile number of the contact on site.
We remind you that you must provide the equipment likely to be useful to you on your stand, for example: trolley, to move your small equipment, tape, double-sided tape, extension cords and multi-sockets, scissors, cutter, etc.
Disassembly :
All pallets, crates or materials exhibited must imperatively leave on June 15, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Please inform your carriers to provide handling solutions for loading and unloading.
